Drinking hot mulled cider on a cool, crisp evening is one of my favorite things to look forward to. Having a few special recipes always at hand is essential this time of year. Try this seasonal, festive hot mulled gin cider: β–’ 6c Cider or cloudy apple juice β–’ 1/2c Fresh cranberries β–’ 2 Cinnamon sticks β–’ 5 Allspice berries β–’ 1/8 tsp fresh ginger β–’ 1 Clementine β–’ 12 Cloves *4-5 oz of π™±πšπ™Ύπ™Ίπ™΄πš'πš‚ 𝙢𝙸𝙽 *extra cinnamon sticks/cranberries to garnish Directions: Heat clementines w/ cloves poked in them and the rest of the ingredients (do not add the Broker's Gin yet) in a saucepan or slow cooker. After bringing to a boil, turn off heat, stir in the Broker's Gin and let the flavors infuse for 1 hour. Garnish with cranberries, allspice berries & a cinnamon stick. Can be stored for up to 7 days in the fridge.
