Drinking hot mulled cider on a cool, crisp evening is one of my favorite things to look forward to. Having a few special recipes always at hand is essential this time of year. Try this seasonal, festive hot mulled gin cider: โ–ข 6c Cider or cloudy apple juice โ–ข 1/2c Fresh cranberries โ–ข 2 Cinnamon sticks โ–ข 5 Allspice berries โ–ข 1/8 tsp fresh ginger โ–ข 1 Clementine โ–ข 12 Cloves *4-5 oz of ๐™ฑ๐š๐™พ๐™บ๐™ด๐š'๐š‚ ๐™ถ๐™ธ๐™ฝ *extra cinnamon sticks/cranberries to garnish Directions: Heat clementines w/ cloves poked in them and the rest of the ingredients (do not add the Broker's Gin yet) in a saucepan or slow cooker. After bringing to a boil, turn off heat, stir in the Broker's Gin and let the flavors infuse for 1 hour. Garnish with cranberries, allspice berries & a cinnamon stick.
