Spring is just around the corner.
One of my favorite things is switching from hot coffee to iced coffee!
Although my success rate wasn’t very good making it from home.
It was either watery or stale from sitting in the fridge overnight.
I finally found a way to have the benefits of using my own organic coffee, saving money and time, and still getting the best tasting iced coffee around!
I learned that “iced coffee” (coffee brewed with heat and then refrigerated overnight) and “cold brew coffee” (coffee seeped without heat) are two very different things. The heated coffee is cloudy, acidic and on the bitter side, not to mention it takes about 12-24 hours to make.
While cold brew coffee, like the coffee made from Vinci’s Express Cold Brew machine, takes as little as 5 minutes (up to 25 depending on the strength you like) to make! It’s a smoother, clearer, bolder coffee without the sediment that heated coffee has.
I’m loving this Vinci Express Cold Brew machine. It even has a cleaning mode to ensure no residue gets trapped in the control top.
Another amazing feature, the carafe is also a serving container and comes with a pouring lid. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days!

Only 3 Steps:
Step 1: Add room temperature water (filtered is best)
Step 2: Add medium or coarse ground coffee
Step 3: Select desired brew strength
Simply add coffee grounds and water to the brewing chamber, select your brewing strength and let the machine do the rest. The Vinci machine also comes with a reusable stainless steel filter and a glass carafe for brewing and serving.
One advantage of the Vinci Express Cold Brew is its fast brewing time, which allows you to enjoy fresh cold brew coffee without the long wait time typically required for traditional cold brew methods.
Being able to make this delicious coffee at home has really helped this busy mom of 7 to not have run out to get a coffee at 10:00 pm (just to refrigerate through the night).
I’d rather spend my money on other things besides a $7 specialty coffee and waste my time in line.
The freedom to have my own healthier, organic coffee (any flavor I choose) is a win win in my book. I simply buy a bag of whole bean organic coffee and grind it to medium/coarse grind in seconds and it’s done and so much fresher.
